I’m an online therapist in New York.

No. I am licensed to work with New York State residents only.

We will meet once a week using a secure website that allows us to speak to each other through video. I will be in a private space. You will need to have your privacy for the entire session.

No. I only offer video sessions.

I charge $350 for the first session and $300 per session after that.

I do not accept insurance. If you have out-of-network benefits, I can provide you with a superbill so that you can seek reimbursement from your plan.

Your first appointment will be 60 minutes long. I will ask questions about your life, such as your family, previous therapy experience, loss and goals.
I will use this information to gain a holistic understanding of your needs and create a treatment plan. We will discuss your treatment plan during your second visit.
Follow-up visits are 45 minutes long.

Each person’s needs are different — some women request short-term treatment; others prefer long-term care. I suggest being in therapy for four months, then reassessing.

A Good Faith Estimate must be provided to anyone who is paying out-of-network for therapy. It is designed to help consumers anticipate their costs.
